Rekontekstualisasi Kitab Sirrul Asrar dalam Perspektif Soft Mindset dan Soul Mindset: Model Dakwah Lembut Berbasis Ekoteologi sebagai Terapi Spiritual Generasi Z

Abstract

Generasi Z (Gen Z) menghadapi krisis eksistensial berupa distorsi mental dan kecemasan ekologis (eco-anxiety) akibat disrupsi digital dan antroposentrisme akut. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan rekontekstualisasi kitab sufistik klasik Sirrul Asrar karya Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailani ke dalam paradigma soft mindset dan soul mindset. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-filosofis dan analisis hermeneutika maknawi, penelitian ini merumuskan model dakwah lembut berbasis ekoteologi sebagai terapi spiritual bagi Gen Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sirrul Asrar menyediakan peta transformasi batin yang melampaui kecerdasan kognitif menuju kesadaran esensial (soul mindset). Reorientasi teologis dari dominasi antroposentrisme menuju ekoteologi berbasis tauhid memosisikan pelestarian alam sebagai pengejawantahan langsung dari penyucian jiwa (tazkiyatun nafs). Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah hadirnya model dakwah yang tidak lagi bersifat doktriner-legalistik, melainkan terapetik, restoratif, dan adaptif terhadap lanskap psikologis Gen Z.
