Abstract

Program tahfiz Al-Qur’an menghadapi tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan antara pencapaian target hafalan dan kemampuan mempertahankan hafalan dalam jangka panjang. Sebagian besar program masih berorientasi pada kuantitas hafalan, sementara aspek ketahanan hafalan dan konsistensi murāja‘ah belum memperoleh perhatian yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model manajemen program tahfiz Al-Qur’an berbasis Spaced Learning dan Massed Learning untuk mengembangkan kemampuan hafalan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di salah satu sekolah Islam terpadu berasrama di Indonesia yang menerapkan tahfiz reguler dan takhaṣṣuṣ. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan pimpinan sekolah, koordinator tahfiz, guru tahfiz, dan siswa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengodean tematik dan triangulasi untuk menjamin kredibilitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program tahfiz ditentukan oleh integrasi fungsi manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Implementasi Spaced Learning melalui pembelajaran terdistribusi dan murāja‘ah terjadwal berkontribusi terhadap penguatan aspek taṯbīt (ketahanan dan stabilitas hafalan) serta murāja‘ah (konsistensi pengulangan), sedangkan Massed Learning melalui pembelajaran intensif berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan aspek ḥifẓ (ketepatan bacaan dan hafalan) serta percepatan pencapaian target hafalan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini menghasilkan model manajemen yang berorientasi pada tiga aspek kemampuan hafalan Al-Qur’an, yaitu ḥifẓ, taṯbīt, dan murāja‘ah. Penelitian ini memperluas penerapan teori pembelajaran kognitif dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam dan menawarkan model praktis yang dapat direplikasi pada berbagai lembaga pendidkan Islam.
